Ajmer vidhut Nigam Sikar - Power cut from pole many times

My electric line comes from a pole which is lose fitted , from approx * year I have suffer many times becomes when their is a rain or wind Strom light fleculate many times and many times without any neutral accurance power just cut down and I have to make request for repair but every time they just put little effort and go away , one time my ro moter get damage,once water moter ,one fridge and many time cfl and other decoration lights now I got mentally herashed by all this now today my light is not their from * evening and no one have responded firstly I call sikr office no response from and till complaint writen ajmer Nigam office has been call * time and above * hr is gone I have not recieved a call back from them or contractor to repair they just saying call after some time sir , please make this issue resolve I am paying my bill on regular time so if I'm not delaying my bill why electricity bord is not doing its work properly I am a defence person my mother my wife and a kid are at home they a totally fed-up of all this please help on this issue we will be very thankful for this to u
