Indi Post Office - Postal documents not delivered

I'm Tusar Mishra working as a teacher in government sector in Malkangiri and because of verification of original documents my documents were sent by Post with speed post from my home dist Keonjhar since **th July **** and by tracking I could know that it was already delivered on **th July **** but I'm not gotten yet and it's a startling matter that the help line executives are not responding my request. So I request you to kindly solve my problem as urgent and oblige.
