Honor 10 View - Post Update Phone stop working

Hello Team,

Last friday night (**/**/****) honor co., had sent an update of latest andriod version from the back end,perhaps my mobile phone got updated post update the mobile phone system has stopped working.

Facing serious issue and i have reached out to the customer care whereas customer care is never bother to review and consider this issue seriously.

Current challenging thing is its very hard to connect with office, friends and family when i am out.

Ticket was logged with Honor customer care on last sat morning (**/**/****) and its * days there is no proper resolution provided yet, where on sat once the technical team has trouble shooted from back using remote control, perhaps the issues has not yet fixed.

Phone was bough from amazon on last year August, **th ****, apparently not an year the phone has gone for an toss now.

Kindly assist me on this and do the needful.
