Hi,
I am writing this complaint against Ditch The Guilt , they have such an aggressive ad campaign running currently , where they are selling articles on discount which ends on the day or the next day of when you open the site, and the discount keeps extending each time you open the site , and sitewide they promote that the prepaid orders get dispatched in * day , I did place an order and they said I will recieve an email confirmation , and , well have not recieved any update from their end , and no order details are showing up when I login and check the website.
They do have a number for customer support and the number is inactive , no texts/calls/whatsapp-s are getting through.
I have emailed their customer support as well , to no avail.
Then I had the bright idea to enquire about the same on google/reddit , and there I saw that this is their pattern , this is how they work , which is not right.
Please do what you can?
