Hello Porter team,
I sent * items with the driver assigned to my order, but only * items were delivered. The driver has kept one item, which is valued at over ₹*,***. When confronted, the driver denied having the goods and began arguing with me, even challenging me to "do what I want" and demanding proof. At times, he has even asked for additional money to deliver the remaining part.
I want to state clearly that I have:
*. CCTV footage showing * items being loaded/handed over.
*. Call recordings of the driver's unprofessional behavior and demands.
*. Chat logs documenting the interaction.
Despite raising a complaint previously, the driver continues to argue with both me and your customer care team. This is a clear case of theft and a breach of the trust we place in Porter.
I request that you take immediate and strict action against this driver. I am seeking either the immediate return of my item or a full reimbursement of ₹*,*** for the stolen goods.
Please provide a resolution to this matter within ** hours.
