To Whomsoever it May concern. Or in your case, to all you insensitive humans, I want my money back. I paid for and ordered the * ton portable air-conditioner on **th March **** (Order ID #*********). It said I would receive the product within *-* business days. It was the long weekend so I waited patiently and finally called on the **th day. They asked me to wait a few days more and that the Order would be delivered soon. Did that and called back in * days. From here on all I got was the worst after sale service ever. Promising call backs that were never made and hanging up on me more than thrice, including a supervisor Gagan who Ruchit got on the line for me.
I understand setbacks due to Corona, and I understand delays too. However out here I'm short of **,*** bucks and am not only in the lurk as to where my order is, but no one seems to care or reassure. I can only imagine what your service and repairs team must be like.
You guys are Not worth the stress at all. Please keep your aircon and send me back my full payment before I approach the consumer court and the cops for this online fraud.
