PVR CINEMA Xperia mall - Popcorn money not refunded

I paid for the popcorn my money was deducted from my account. The pinelabs machine showed nothing. I was told that money will be refunded back to my account. I was not given popcorn not my money. It's been * days now and no money is refunded. Booking id T*AXA*Z, SCREEN * G*,**,**,**. The manager was very rude and used very harsh language and misbehaved. He also said no karna hai kar lo arrogantly. I used action on him as well as refund of my hard earned money.
