Vibgyor Automobiles - POOR SERVICING AND DUPLICATE SPARE PARTS

I handed over my vehicle (Mahindra Scorpio S*+, Regn No. JH**AN****) to Vigyor Automobiles, Coimbatore in December **** for routine servicing. A total of Rs.*****/-( ***** + ***) ie Rupees Sixteen Thousand One Hundred Forty Six only was paid against servicing. Within, a few days of servicing, the vehicle started giving weird sounds from its wheels. The same was informed to Vibgyor Automobiles to rectify; however they did not respond positively. Consequently, I got the vehicle checked at CAI Industries Pvt Ltd, Udagamandalam (an authorised service centre of Mahindra Auto). During check, it was found that Vigyor Automobiles has replaced the original brake pads with the duplicate ones. This has cause the brake discs to bend which is producing noise while driving. Moreover, there is a risk of breaks giving away anytime which can result into loss of property and life. The cost of replacement of brake pads and brake discs will be Rs. *****/- (Rupees Twelve Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty Nine only). The cost of getting this check done from CAI Industries Pvt Ltd has come to Rs. ****/- (Rupees One Thousand Seventy Nine Only). It is requested to order Vibyor Automobiles Coimbatore to refund an amount of Rs *****/- (***** + ****) for fitment of original brake discs and brake pads. In addition to that, an amount of Rs. *****/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) may be paid by Vibgor Automobiles for financial loss and mental agony.
