I have opted for the long term annual pack from Tatasky. Now Tatasky has changed my pack in between before completion of the pack and that too without my permission. Now Tatasky is not responding to my emails.
While TRAI has clearly mentioned in their latest press release dated **th February **** that those subscribers who have taken long term pack will continue to enjoy the services till pack ends.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
