I am writing this complaint to draw your attention to towards poor SITI Cable services provided by M/s Anamika Travels & E - Solution (Odalbakra Main Road Near Aastha Bhawan, Odalbakra, Guwahati - **. Email ID - anamikatravel@gmail.com). Often the services are not provided for the full day but full monthly charges are being charged from its customers. We have informed and complained about the service provider to improve their services but still, there is no improvement.
So, I request you to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action against the concerned. Your kind co-operation regarding the subject would be highly appreciated.
