I purchased Kenstar water geyser in June'** but it hardly worked up to the month of October'** and stopped working due to element fault. Complain was registered in October'** to Videocon customer care number but the same got atteded in the month of January'** i.e. after * months of regorious follow up on social media, mails, phone calls etc. The product attended was also not up to the mark and then and there only I flaged to service manager that the repair will not work long and now product stopepd working again in February'**.
Product has warranty of two years for machine and of * years for body. Element stopped working just in * months and now body has started leaking in just * months.
Also the service centrer fellow, service managers do not pick up call in case I call up them for follow up.
I have written over ** mails to company regarding the same. Also posted concerns on twitter but no respnose there as well.

I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
