Clubriont Hospitality Services - Poor services and tall promises

We have taken the membership from Clubriont Hospitality services, a travel services company. Considering their tall promises we took membership for Rs. *,**,***/-. We planned the very first trip planned to be undertaken from **st December **** to **th December **** through them. We found extremely poor and delayed responses from them. This delay was costing us exorbitant increase in the flight fares. So we decided it is earlier the better to part ways and cancel the membership. But as expected, as the professional approach was observed, they said they would refund only **% after forfeiting **% as per agreement terms. They forgot professional conduct which is also a part of every agreement. Advise people not to get into membership drive of these people and sterilize your hard earned money
