TravBond Travels - Poor service

I travelled to Singapore with TravelBond package.
We landed in Singapore at * ** in the morning, we got our cab at * and reached the hotel at * am . The hotel people told we will get the room at * on since it was not booked for that day. That was like shocking for us.We didn't have enough sleep due to traveling and had to roam till *pm.

We were told in the package that sentosa Bonanza package is provided.We got tickets only for cable car, butterfly garden insect garden and wings of time .

When I called the agent ,he told they LL refund after we purchase. We hadn't converted enough money to Singapore dollar as we were not aware of this. Again we had to exchange at higher rates and then buy tickets for Sea Aquarium and Madame tussads which was very horrible. We they can't provide a particular service they should not promise also. we would have made an alternative plan earlier itself.

When I asked for refund nobody lifts the call nor responds to messages.After calling so many times, someone will pick and tell I LL ask my senior and nobody updates.
When I just created a new request to travel , I got *-* calls from them asking for the details and all when I told about all this,they told I LL discuss with my senior and no update was there.
Finally a person confirmed they won't refund the money.
Is this how they treat customers???If they can't provide a service ,they shouldn't promise either.
The worst part is nobody picks the call.
