Dominos Bangalore - Poor service

I want to complain against your poor service and communication gap which happened with your store managers at Chamarajpet branch
i talked to a manager named Yashwanth the day of the service issue and he claimed to give the full refund of the order amount as well as the compensation amount of ***rs for our suffering to which he is going back on his word now
the amount was refunded but no compensation was given to all of our suffering of that day including the hunger and embarrassment faced in front of our guests, i don't understand how this system has been built of dominos
there is no proper monitoring for the suffering occured and just claim to give the compensation only iff the order was delayed and for nothing else
i mean this isn't a way to work and i had to freaking wait for *.* hrs or more only to know that my order was cancelled which wasn't confirmed when i had placed a call earlier
is this the way of your service to customers?
where is the justice here?
what do i get in the end with all this suffering plus the waste of so much of time coordinating with all of these issues?
totally disgusted with the service and i would actually want to talk to the higher ups
i am not sitting quiet.
i need response for this complaint.
