Firstly, why there is no delivery? You have tremendous offers n discounts for delivery...but whenever we try for delivery, it just shows delivery not available at this place. No matter which location I choose...even if I choose the same place where the restaurant is, or somewhere nearby, it will still show delivery not possible.
Secondly, yesterday due to unavailability of delivery, I had to go to the store (KFC, R-city mall) to pick up my food... I had ordered Pepsi also of course....but they offered me Pepsi in paper glasses. How are they expecting me to drive my bike holding a carry bag of food and * glasses of Pepsi? When requested for bottles or cans, they were like in the order receipt it was not mentioned as bottle or can. Honestly, while ordering, it didn't show the option of bottle or can, because it was obvious I guess that in delivery/pickup we do get it in form of bottle/can for easy transport. I tried very hard to get those * Pepsi glasses alongwith the food bag in my hand which was already bulky. I literally had to take someone's help for that which I found after requesting ppl standing in the middle of the mall. Too embarrassing! Okay. I managed to reach the bike somehow. I tried ways to accommodate those paper glasses in order to carry them on bike, but obviously it didn't work. At last, I had to throw away all those cans. It was a feast without coke can u imagine? So boring.
Last time when I picked up from Powai they gave me in can. There was no argument. I don't know why the staffs at R-city, Ghatkopar are not cooperative, or are they too stupid to understand common sense.
Most of the food was left out. It just didn't feel much of enjoyment without coke.
Even if I get this refund, the entire feast was spoilt yesterday. I don't know how are you guys gonna compensate for emotions and embarrassment.
It was first that delivery thing which ate my brain for like an hour....just no delivery wherever I select....then the embarrassment at the mall, argument with the staff, throwing away those cans, what a night it was!
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
