SBS Travels and Redbus - Poor service

I have booked bus ticket from Coimbatore to Sivakasi on **.**.**** with depature time ** pm in SBS Travels through redbus . But no information received about delay in depature time. If called through phone, no response. I am waiting more than * hrs in road. Bus not coming till time **.**.****, ** : ** am. I am mentally disturbed a lot and affected my entire shedule. So I reqiest you order SBS TRAVELS and redbus to return my ticket amoint with additional amount of Rs.***** for mentally disturbed.
