Tripleplay Broadband Private Limited - Poor service

I opted for their service in october last year (****), the internet was working ok for *-** days and then started creating problems. i called them and they helped but the process always takes out *-* hrs. They even told me that you have faced problem *** times and we were there all the *** times. The person at tripleplay said this to me. dont they know that if there arises problem *** times then there is a problem in their service. earlier in april **** i talked to their escalation manager and he assured me that they will give better service now, but after **-** days of speaking to him, internet stopped working again. I raised the issue on twitter also, but no resolution. i cant calculate the loss i have incurred from their service because it is kind of harrasment where you have taken their service and cant do anything about it.
