Patel trade agency - Poor service from shop owner

I have purchased slong gasoline generator from patel trage agency on **/*/****, from very first day it did not work and oil leakage started when i complaint to shop owner and request to send technician he said to bring generator to shop it is * kilometres away from my house , i request him again n again to send technician if major problem will detect we will bring to shop bcoz i am living in * st floor and generator is too heavy to bring it by ladder but he not co-operate us and we take generator to his shop after * month i get back that to he charge us *** rupees although it is with in warranty period now again the generator is not starting by self and its chok is not working when i call him he is saying us to call another day and remind him then he will send his boy last * days i am calling him he saying us to remind him next day
