Coverready - Poor service for which I incurred loss

I, Keshab Somani, resident wish to file a complaint against CoverReady for deficiency in service and negligence.
On **/**/****, I visited the above-mentioned shop for installation of a screen guard on my mobile phone (Motorola Signature model). The screen guard required professional installation using liquid adhesive (UV glue).
During the installation process, the technician handled the procedure negligently, resulting in liquid glue seeping into the speaker area of my phone. This has caused:
Malfunctioning / reduced sound quality of the speaker
Permanent discoloration and damage to parts of the phone body
The damage occurred solely due to improper handling and lack of due care by the technician. My phone was in proper working condition prior to this service.
I approached the shop regarding this issue, but they have [refused / failed] to take responsibility for the damage caused.
I have attached photographic evidence and will also provide a service center estimate for repair/replacement cost.
This act clearly constitutes deficiency in service and negligence under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
