Bookleaf Publishing - Poor service and wilful obstruction

BookLeaf website states that the publishing package will be completed in ** days. I signed a contract on ** March and paid Rs **,***/. Due to poor progress, I gave a notice of ** May to complete by ** Jun. None of teh issues were addressed and teh ebook formatting was unacceptably poor. On ** Jun, I asked BookLeaf to unpublish and inform me. Not done. The poor formatting, the lack of responses, not correcting and obstructing my self-publication effort has caused me lot of stress, strain, delay, loss of opportunity and now I need to do it by myself.
