RP Tours and Travels - Poor Service and Refund Request for Missed Bus RP Tours and Travels

I booked a bus from chennai to trichy using MakeMyTrip app. My bus was scheduled for *:** AM near the airport. According to the message I received on WhatsApp from RP Tours and Travels, the boarding point was mentioned as "opposite to the international terminal." I arrived there at *:** AM and waited.

I tried calling all the contact numbers provided to confirm the bus location (**********, **********, **********), but none of them answered, including the helpline number (**********). After **-** attempts, someone finally answered and simply told me, "Wait, sir, we are coming," without giving me any details about the location.

At *:** AM, I received a call from the driver using a different number, saying, "Sir, we are leaving; it's already late." I asked where they were, and the driver mentioned being near PVR Grand Mall. I told him I would come in * minutes, but within a minute, he called back to say the bus had left and asked me to come to Kelambakkam stop instead.

I had no choice but to take an auto and rush to Kelambakkam, paying nearly ₹*** for the ride. Even after reaching there, the driver did not call me back or wait, leaving without any further communication.

I have traveled with similar services before, where I always received a reminder call *-** minutes before the bus arrived. Here, the call came only when the bus was about to leave. Moreover, if you were unwilling to wait, why ask me to come to another stop? Additionally, the driver spoke rudely and showed no concern or respect for my situation.

Despite my multiple attempts to contact your team using the provided numbers, there was no response. This kind of miscommunication and service is unacceptable.

I request a full refund of my bus fare (₹***) and the auto fare (₹***), as I was misled and had to incur unnecessary expenses due to your poor coordination. An apology from the driver or service provider is also expected as proper compensation for this ordeal.
