With Reference to my customer ID *******, I would like to let you know that I have got the new connection on **th September, **** from Nextra Teleservices Pvt. Ltd
I have been facing poor connectivity issue since the installation. However I have reached out to their customer care center but they are not able to focus on my issues.
I have also sent my problem to the Nodal officer of this broadband company but it seems he is not looking to assist me on this issue.
Today, I am experiencing the same issue that no connectivity in my area which resulted it's impacting to my official work and my online classes.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
