Balwant filed complaint against D2h on Aug 5, 2019
I have recharged my d*h tv setup box at **:** hrs today and till that I have spoken **-** times to customer care and also lodged a complaint but there is no response from there side. Every time they say the service will activate within ** minutes but it is **:** now and no service is activated. It is very much ashamed and poor response from d*h customer care respondents. It is the d*h service who is responsible for wastage of my priceless time and the money which I have paid.
I have taken it seriously and will lodge a case against d*h if I don't get my dues back. My customer id ********.
