Tata Motors Cars Showroom Shree Vasu Delhi Road Meerut - Poor quality work

I bought Tata harrier from Shree Vasu automobiles , Meerut in ****.
My car suffered some damage few days back.I went to the body shop of Shree Vasu and requested a damage survey and repair.SBI general insurance Surveyor approved the claim for renew the parts as required. But the body shop personnel used third quality material in body and the paint is too bad that it can be peeled off with bare nails. Ever the door adjustment is not UPTO the mark.And for the OVRM, that to be replaced, they called me twice ( ** kms) and still, they are saying that they are unable to get the OVRM. They are unnecessarily harassing the customers. For file charge they asked **** INR. But in insurance policy it is ****. Actually they are doing the things according to them, going to them for any repair is to downgrade the quality of ur vehicle and compromising in safety also as the use the poor quality material.They fool around the customers. A low quality service. The people sitting around there are just looters.
