Tata Motors - Poor quality steel paint used in Car

Dear Sir,
I have bought TATA Zest Car in **** during its launch in ****.TATA Motors has used the poor quality of steel & paint in the car hence observed suspected paint bulging in different metal part of car with in warranty period of * year. I have raised the bulging * times at TATA's authorized * service centres, first on newly opened "Hartron Motors, Gurgaon" in July **** & second at "Arya Motors, Gurgaon" during last free service, but I didn't get any response from both of service centres. Till the time the rusting was not visible in car from suspected paint bulging. Suddenly rust was seen after *.* years of buying a car when the bloated paint began to crack. I immediate raise the complaint for poor quality of material used by TATA Car in manufacturing on their customer care email id and ask for bearing the maintenance cost of my car but they denied and ask me to bear the whole cost because now the vehicle warranty has been over.
Due to their such irresponsible behaviour I am disappointed, mentally harassed & I am under financial loss of car valued amount, hence want to lodge the complaint against TATA motors. I want either TATA bear my car's repairing cost or pay back my invested money back in their vehicle. The reference mail with TATA Motors are attached.
