Reebok - poor quality shoes

I have purchased a reebok shoes from reebok showroom z square and the shoes cant work properly * months they got defected when i visit the reebok showroom regarding warranty they said this is out of warranty i am complaining this for the last * year om mail but still the problem is not resolved.
