Cristofano - Poor quality sandals brought from trends store kayamkulam

I brought a pair of cristofano sandals from reliance trends store kayamkulam worth Rs **** on **/**/**** and within * months of usage the sandals where totally damaged without any excessive use( I hardly used it not more than * times),when I approached the store regarding the bad quality of the product, they informed me that sandals can't be returned after * days of sale,they told me they will repair it,but the restiching was done very badly,like they don't care about customers hard earned money, I had not expected such a bad quality product being sold at trends store and also that of cristofano.
