Dominos - Poor quality Rude services

To escalate my recent experience with dominos regarding the rude behaviour of the staff via call after me giving a bad rating for their Wheat thin crust pizza which was delivered in ** minutes once after I placed the order and with no surprise I have received a cold hardened Pizza with barely no cheese on it except the toppings jalapenos and paparika, the edges of the pizza were clearly burnt in black and no one would label it as pizza and I was utterly disappointed by the quality of taste. On the other end once after I've rated the pizza with * star I gotta call from the store asking for the reason for the bad rating which obviously had further annoyed me for wasting my time, money and my Appétite so I did ask the person in the call that what have u people delivered me is it called as Pizza at all? Besides being apologetic the person lashed out at me saying that thats how a thin crust pizza tastes and it wouldn't have any cheese as regular pizza in a very rude tone and then I replied him that I did know the taste of thin crust pizza and it wouldn't definitely taste this bad and then he immediately said that you don't know how a thin crust tastes because you never ordered it before except the veg loaded and etc and this answer from him had touched my nerve to the maximum extent that in the first place he has to be sorry for what had happened and secondly he must atleast try giving a resolution to the issue and to my surprise he did none and he doesn't even have a courtesy to greet and wish the customer well and this is how the dominos staff are being trained lately to defend themselves and to sabotage the customers. Hence I would strictly need a resolution to what had happened to me on the call by the dominos staff.
