I am writing to request a full refund for a recent saree purchase (Order # [**-N*SQ*-*******]) made on your website.
Upon receiving the item, my family and I did not feel that the product's quality justified the cost.
I have attempted to initiate a return and refund via your website's portal multiple times, but these requests were unexpectedly canceled without explanation.
Furthermore, the support telephone number listed on your website does not appear to be a working number.
Please provide a functional method for me to return the item and process a full refund to my original payment method immediately.
