Shadowfax / Utsav Suits - Poor Quality Product with No Return Policy

I ordered good quality dress for my personal wearing. My Order was confirmed on **th May **** and the Order# US************. this was confirmed by team utsavsuits. today i.e. on **st May ****, I got final product and when I checked it, it is in poor quality after paying the cash to the delivery boy (As it was COD option). Delivery boy Raju holding wide mob number +**-********** was rude and he did argued with us when asked him to take it return. He further said you complain wherever you want. I requested him for any other contact to whom I can speak and seek the help for return the product. He gave me the mobile number + **-********** to contact for further help. Unfortunately it is not working. Facebook was the place where I saw the add and booked this product. When I checked in my FB now to check for any return policy, I did not find that add now.
No return policy was mentioned on any of the place.
I am ok for losing my money but decided to teach a lesson to these fraudulent people. Hence seeking your help to take it forward. Thanks in advance for your help and opportunity to raise my voice. Attached is the file which was attached to the delivered product. No bill was provided either by delivery boy or the company shipped the product. I am not sure what is Shadowfax and what is Utsav Suits. Looks both are involved in this whole transaction.
