Fashion dial.In - Poor Quality Product Fake information

My father ordered *- shirt combo price for ***/- ,but the delivered shirts are of very poor quality ,it's a clear case of fraud ,neither have we received the detailed invoice along with the product.
Please solve the matter if possible !
