S T Welcare Equipments Private Limited Coimbatore - Poor Quality Product Delivered Services Not Provided

It is to bring to your attention that I, Budhaditya Das at AC/*, Deshandhu Nagar, School Para Lal Bari, Baguiati, Kolkata - ******, had purchased a Fitness Bench Which is adjustable with model no. BS*** and had not received any service during and after warranty period of the item mentioned. I had purchased it from Welcare Showroom at Metro Sports. The Concerned person, Mr P Mari had taken order for the bench which he delivered after ** days. The said bench had undergone tears on its surface made of rexin and it was brought into the notice of the respective showroom in charge Mr. Satheesh Kumar who refused to deliver me the replacement even within its warranty period. The Bench was left unused for quite some time and a carpet was put over its seat to cover it but one day I discovered that the seat was torn at the edges which could only be in case of poor quality material and manufacturing defect. I weren't able to use the seat for once before the discovery. I appealed to the service personnel at Metro Sports, Welcare (Healthy Living) Showroom and visited them there but they simply refused to provide any service. Instead they charged me Rs. *****.** for the seat replacement which I verified from Chennai who informed me that since it is within warranty, it had to be replaced in whole and not just the seat itself. They confirmed that they were dispatching the replacement which would reach me through the showroom personnel as it reaches them. I waited and waited but there was no sign of any technician visiting my place for the replacement. So, I tried with them again and found the matter to be botched up and I were never provided a service even once within warranty. I pursued the issue for months until the warranty period was over and I came across a new issue regarding the seat. This time I were contacting the Welcare Head Office at Chennai and they informed of its status of not being under warranty so they would inform me the price details. The information I received was to the contradictory as they charged Rs. ****.** for the replacement within different colour seat and Rs. ****.** for the same colour. I was guided on to the same process where they confirmed of its delivery as soon as it reached the Technician at Metro Sports. Immediately after that they went out of contact as they did not respond to my calls after that. I tried with the people at Metro Sports who were informing me a price greater than Rs. ****.** for the replacement. So, I pursued with the cross verification but they never agreed. Then, after receiving no service for the bench, I decided to pay but now they have adopted a new method of keeping me away saying that the replacement saying that it was bound to get damaged during transportation which they cited as the only reason for refusing to deliver it. There was a time when they had asked money for the same under warranty, the same people been saying now that there is a huge chance of its getting damaged during transportation. Hence, they would not deliver. I made several appeals but they simply refused and even blocked my no.s including the sales person(P. Mari) sitting over at Chennai for months and not making his presence at the nearest showroom which is Metro Sports. They had even blocked my calls over land phone. They are even denying the fact of having sold me the bench. When ever been approached they guide us to one or the other and hence dodges me with ridiculous excuses. This is clear case of fraudulent practice adopted by them in which they had not only abused me in presence where my rights as a consumer had been violated and I felt cheated. Please help me have the claims for what I have written to you. Please bring them to justice, please.....
