Kharidari co - Poor quality product delivered

I had ordered a product online from Kharidari co, but the product recieved was very poor quality in terms of fabric and design.
I then applied for exchange, and then the product recieved was completely different from the design and fabric I had ordered. Now I am not allowed to file a replace request, and the only number available for customer care is not responding.
