I purchased Samsung S** Ultra ***gb worth on **rd of May **** for **,*** INR and from**th of September **** onwards I started facing a screen glitch problem on my phone without any physical damage. I never dropped off my phone accidentally or intentionally. After seeing the condition of my phone my family members and friends who use Apple iPhones made fun of my choice of selecting Samsung brand phone. I faced lot of humiliations by my friends and colleagues. When I decided to get my phone repaired the Samsung service center management denied to repair it for free of cost as it was out of warranty and asked to pay around **,***/- INR for replacement of screen. However after my research it is revealed that many of the customers are facing the same issue and its reason is a software bug. This is going on from many months and its shocking to see that the company has not taken any remedies to solve the issue. Instead of that they are asking customers to replace the screen and bang huge bill on customers faces. What kind of service is this? What kind of Products are these? Someone paying **,***/- to face all these things? This is not at all fair and I'm very disappointed with this kind of service from such a big international brand. I have searched many ways to find solution to my problem and I found Voxya. I hope I will get my justice and I expect a good lesson to be taught to the company
