Eva the label - Poor quality item delivered not at all match the pictures and fitting also not right

I was told by their support team they had called to confirm the order as I had my doubts I had gone for cod so they said the item will be same as the pictures and if I’m not happy I can issue a return on email they will take * days to respond but it will be resolved now I’m seeing on Internet they don’t give return and I have been ghosted by them too
