I ordered for a beautiful white saree from ibisfab on *th dec and received the saree today.
To my utter surprise and disappointment, the saree I received is of very poor quality and of a different colour.
I tried to contact them to ask for a refund but there has been no acknowledgement or response.
I hope this establishment is closed down by the authorities so that more people are not cheated.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
