Zoya Chikankari - Poor qaulity of item received and even they have return policy Its not done even after mulitple foll

This is for Instagram account Zoya Chikankari. I received a poor quality of item which I order and have made payment of **** rs on **st aug, ****. There is a return policy and i have addressed the same issue about return request on **th aug and it was promised to be picked up with * days and money would be credited once they pickup. It's being a month since the parcel for return is not picked up by them and even now they are not responding to my messages as wel.. I need return money as it's huge amount for me. These kind of account should be treated as fraud and should be blocked immediately.
