CAB AC NOT WORKING
I made a complaint about the Cab’s AC not working. I recd an interactive messaging, firstly apologising and then stating “ISSUE RESOLVED” when NOTHING WAS DONE TO DO SO.
What about refunding me the charges for an AC cab, whereas I got a poorly maintained cab, whose AC was not working?
The cab driver “bullshitted” me stating that it had "become unserviceable just then”, which I think is nonsense. No one complained, hence he has been getting away.
Doesn’t OLA inspect cabs for quality compliance - or does it wait till a passenger is INCONVENIENCED, before taking ANY ACTION?
AND the OLA APP has conveniently avoided having a section permitting pax from filing their complaint, in addition to the interactive menu, WHICH CONVENIENTLY AVOIDS TALKING ABOUT REFUND AT ALL.
I WANT A REFUND OF MY PAYMENT FOR THE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I FACED - BREATHING SMOKE FOR SEVENTY FIVE MINUTES OF THE RIDE FROM MUMBAI AIRPORT TO SANPADA, Navi Mumbai WITH THE WINDOWS OPEN.
