We joined Colive Orange on **th Jan with a deposit of *k and they asked to pay *k every month with facilities like lift,wifi,* times proper food,*-* washing machine etc, But from feb we're not getting wifi connection, no lift services,no proper food, also * washing machine for ** people . We talked with our agent,manager they said to raise ticket on their app but also after doing it the problem didn't solved from * month same thing happened and now they asking to pay rent also if we argued to quit because of such reason they're not ready to give deposit money.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
