It has been almost over one year. I registered a complain to the appellate regarding the issue of poor internet connectivity during night and frequent fluctuations. Up to today the idea executives have visited *-** times. Yet they have not been able to provide me the solution. They say that the problem is due to congestion but the problem have been going for almost a year now. Who is responsible for providing proper network speed.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
