Luis stitch - Poor Finishing and Return Refusal by Louis Stitch

I purchased a Louis Stitch sandal through Snapmint EMI. The product received has poor finishing and quality issues and does not match the product description/images shown online. I requested a return/refund, but Louis Stitch denied my request despite the visible quality problems.
I have already shared product photos and order details, but no proper resolution has been provided while EMI payments are continuing through Snapmint.
I request refund support and resolution of this dispute against Louis Stitch and Snapmint.
