voltas ac 1.5 ton - Poor delivery poor installation service

I ordered product on **th July ****, product was supplied from Ludhiana to Ambala via Gati corrier, after despatching product on **th July, it reaches to me by *st August ****, it was really worst service by Gati . Very unproffesional.
and now when I talk to resQ engineer alloted for installation, he said we are no more with reliance digital. Strange is that the same engineer is calling me from last * days for installation, now when I received *.* ton A. C so delay, now nobody is there for installation.
