I've ordered a dress from this business around may *. They mentioned the product will be delivered by **-** working days. During the time of ordered I clearly mentioned I wanted the product by May **, and till date I haven't received the delivery. They're not responding to my texts, calls or even sending the invoice I'm asking. I stayed silent all the time but I'm totally done with this. I've waited for * months and still they're not providing proper update. Now I'm asking for refund but they're not picking my calls and ignoring all my messages
