Belgian waffle - Poor Customer Service and Repeated Order Cancellations

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received from Belgian Waffle Co., Oshiwara Mumbai through Swiggy.

Yesterday, I placed an order from your restaurant as my **-year-old daughter was extremely hungry. However, after a considerable wait, I was shocked to find that the order was cancelled without any prior notice. Upon following up, I was told that the restaurant had refused to fulfill the order because the items were unavailable.

In an effort to resolve the situation quickly, I placed a second order, but again, after waiting, I was informed that the items were not available, resulting in yet another cancellation.

When I called the restaurant to inquire about available items, I was refused information on what was in stock, which I found completely unacceptable. Undeterred, I placed a third order, only to experience the same issue—my order was cancelled once more. In total, I placed four separate orders and spent hours waiting, only to be met with refusal at each step. It honestly felt as though I was being deliberately avoided as a customer.

Despite offering to pay extra to accommodate the situation, the restaurant simply refused to fulfill my orders. Instead, they offered me a refund, which is not an acceptable solution, as my daughter had nothing to eat.

I contacted Swiggy, and they promised to assist by helping me place an order with another restaurant, but this experience has left me deeply frustrated. It seems as though Belgian Waffle Co. either has no interest in serving customers or is simply unwilling to take orders at all. If this is the case, why is your shop open on Swiggy? If there were issues with fulfilling orders, why wasn't your restaurant temporarily removed from the platform to prevent such inconvenience for customers?

This has been a deeply disappointing and frustrating experience.
