Reliance Smart Bazaar - Poor customer service and misbehaviour

It was April *th ****, around *.** in the morning, I dropped my son from hospital and went to reliance smart to buy milk and bread for him. It took only * mins to buy the stuff and headed to the counter but unfortunately only one counter was working and there was a que, since I was getting late for my son's medication I left the stuff and was about to exit that's when the lady at the exit stopped me asking if my purse is tagged? I ignored her and was about to start my bike but she followed me with one more guy and they took my bike key asking me to open the purse suspecting that I stole something? This was very humiliating, I got really mad and didn't agree to open my purse although there was nothing but the way they were suspecting and behaved was annoying as if I was a thief, people were looking, they wouldn't let me go until I showed my purse. This is unacceptable, even though I came back home I was disturbed, couldn't sleep, it affected my mental state, on one hand i was worried about my son on the other hand I was disturbed with the behaviour In front of the crowd was very humiliating. I want a serious action taken against the staff for such behaviour
