Purchased wzatco legend pro smart projector through amazon on *th May **** and installed on July **** due to non availability of installation personnel. Errors found regarding adjustment of projection area... After reset this issue was resolved... Apps like Netflix and etv win not working... Opened service ticket on **th July but unable to rectify this even after ** days... An updated software for the same model is available with the company but not arranging for the consumers
Clearcut negligence by the company towards the customer..
