Utban Company - Poor cleaning service

I booked bathroom cleaning service on ** june ****at * am.Professional came at *.** and started cleaning.
He closed the bathroom and did cleaning .
Tiles and floors were not cleaned in proper way and i found that stains were visible.
I told to do it but Professional Sohan Lal told me that he will do tomorrow.
I called him next day and he told him that he is in his native place and cannot come,he will do some other day and said to me that please dont tell all this to company otherwise his rating will go down. I have call recording of sohan lal as well as i have photos of the stained bathroom.
And when i checked the Urban Clap app it came that cleaning has been done by sohan lal and job is completed.

This is foolish making attitude of the company and professional
