Haryana Roadways - Poor AC Bus Condition Broken Complaint Portal

I had a very disappointing experience with both the Haryana Roadways AC bus service and its online complaint system.

The bus itself was in a poor state of maintenance. The floors were dirty, there was an unpleasant smell throughout the journey, and the seats were uncomfortable with a slippery surface. The interior was covered in stains, the colour scheme looked dull and unhygienic, the AC cooling was inadequate, and almost every bottle holder and storage pocket was torn. Even the windows were dusty and stained, making the bus look neglected.

To make matters worse, when I tried to report these issues through the official online complaint portal, I repeatedly encountered a validation error stating that "The message field is invalid." I tried multiple times with different inputs, but the complaint could not be submitted due to this technical issue. A complaint system that prevents passengers from reporting genuine concerns defeats its very purpose.

Haryana Roadways should not only improve the cleanliness and maintenance of its AC buses but also ensure that its online grievance portal functions properly so passengers can report issues without unnecessary frustration.
