Hi,
We have raised and sent mail to PCHFL regarding a policy surrender Request last month *rd oct **** . We have below * policies linked to the Home loan account PHHLTHN********.
For the process required document already given to Them .
I am taking continuous follow up from the last **days no one giving reply on mail or call .
We have received confirmation mail from HDFC life insurance Reagding refund amount to PCHFL. Both the policies amount and msg already received to PCHFL but still not processed.
