Poco - Poco Speaker Issue No Proper Response From Service Center

I bought Poco X* mobile ** months before on **th Jul'**. I faced heating issue, storage bug & some lag throughout these months. * month before, faced speaker issue & there was no sound coming in speaker. Since, the mobile was under warranty I reached nearby official Poco service center in Tambaram. They checked & told that it was motherboard issue. Also, they told that spare was not available now & will be fixed in *-* working days. It's now almost * weeks now & still there was no proper response from them on call and still saying that the spare didn't came & getting spare was difficult. I don't know how a official center can answer like this for a latest brand mobile. It's frustrating & mentally tiring to constantly reach out them & getting same response. I hate Poco now & I regret why I bought that mobile. I'm not sure if they fixed the issue also, will it be a new motherboard or old one? If this is the kind of service they're providing for In-warranty users, I afraid what will be the situation if I'm out of warranty. I need complete mobile replacement.
